Terms of delivery

GENERAL

sells products to companies and adults
to the EU. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.

These delivery terms are valid from 31.10.2017. We may change the
delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our
online store.


PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and
shipping costs, so please check. prices in the cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products are shown in the
shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on 
selected delivery method and will be automatically added to your order to the total. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs will be charged) to your cart before you accept order.


POSTAGE

DELIVERY FEE to Finland is € 6,90 and to the rest of the EU € 9,90.

DELIVERY TIME in Finland is normally 1-3 working days.

The item can be picked up from all Posti service points and vending machines no later than 6 pm after receipt by the consignee arrival notice. Please take weekends and public holidays into consideration in shipping days.


PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order with the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.

When shopping in the UNNA S online store, you can choose the most suitable payment method for you. You have access to card payment, online payment and Klarna's
credit service.

Prices are in euros (€) and include 24% VAT. 
We reserve the right to charge for products, shipping and handling price changes.


ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, we will send you a
order confirmation, so please enter your email address when you place your
order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

DELIVERY
Your order will be packed in our store and will be delivered by post to the delivery address you provided. Please note that UNNA S is not responsible for lost transmissions. Parcel shipments will be delivered to you normally within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Please take weekends and public holidays into consideration in shipping days.


CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

To ensure your satisfaction with our products, we offer a 14-day return policy on all UNNA S products. You can choose to exchange the product or get a refund. Product exchanges are treated as new orders. Please note that if you wish to return the product, you must take care of the return and pay the return fee (return address below) It is also possible to return the products to our store during its opening hours.


As a consumer, you also have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. If you want to cancel the order, please send a free-form return notification with product information, order number, reason for return and your contact information by e-mail to unnas@unnas.fi. 


Return the product to UNNA S immediately upon sending the cancellation notice.


Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. If the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer's statutory duty of care, UNNA S has the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product. The products must not be e.g. damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.

When returning the product by post, we recommend that you request and retain the Post's receipt showing the return and the tracking ID (JJFI code). If the returned product is lost on the way and there is no receipt, the Customer is responsible for the loss. The receipt proves that the package has been received by the Post for transport, in which case the responsibility passes to the Post. We will refund the money you paid for the canceled order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. UNNA S reserves the right to refrain from refunding payments until we have received the product back or until the Customer has demonstrated that the product has been returned.
