CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To ensure your satisfaction with our products, we offer a 14-day return policy for all UNNA S products. You can exchange the product for another one or get a refund. Returns should primarily be sent to the same store where they were purchased.
Product exchanges are processed as new orders. Please note that if you wish to return the product, you must arrange for the return yourself and pay the return shipping fee (return address below). It is also possible to return products to our store during its opening hours.
As a consumer, you also have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send a free-form RETURN NOTICE, including the product information, order number, reason for return and your contact information, by email to unnas@unnas.fi.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, UNNA S Oy has the right to charge a reduction in value up to the full price of the product. The products must not be, among other things, damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn.
When returning a product by post, we recommend that you request and keep a Posti mailing receipt and tracking number (JJFI code) showing the return. If the returned product is lost in transit and there is no receipt, the Customer is responsible for the loss. The receipt proves that Posti has received the package for transport, in which case the responsibility is transferred to Posti. We will refund the money you paid for the cancelled order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
UNNA S Oy has the right to withhold refunds until we have received the product back and inspected it.
For uncollected shipments returned by Posti, we charge a handling fee of €10, which we will deduct from the refund.
